To ensure the longevity and beauty of your glassware, we recommend the following care guidelines:

CLEANING
Always clean your glasses carefully, ideally by hand. Wash your glasses thoroughly, inside and out, using warm water. Please refrain from using boiling water, as extreme temperatures may impact the glass's integrity. After washing, rinse the glasses with clear water to ensure all residue is removed. For the best results, the recommended washing temperature for Rayt glass is 60°C / 140°F.

DRYING
After cleaning, allow your glasses to air dry upright, or gently hand dry them using lint-free or microfiber towels. When hand drying, hold the glass by the bowl and rotate the cloth with care to ensure a thorough and streak-free finish.

DISHWASHER USE
While our glassware is dishwasher safe, we advise hand washing it. Incase you still want to use the dishwasher, use a mild unscented detergent and select the lowest heat setting on your dishwasher. For optimal results, tightly arrange the glasses in the dishwasher. At the end of the cycle, open the dishwasher door to release heat and steam, allowing the glasses to naturally cool and dry.

*Not Suitable for Microwave or Hot Beverages: Please note that our glassware products are not designed for use in microwave ovens. Additionally, refrain from using them to serve boiling hot beverages, as Rayt glassware is not extreme high heat-resistant.

Handle with Care:
To prevent damage or injury, it's important to handle our glassware products with care. We also advise against allowing children to play with glassware, ensuring their safety and the longevity of our exquisite pieces.
