Q: Can we update / cancel our order post billing?

Processing begins immediately after placing your order and ships within 72 working hours. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer editable and may not be cancelled. If you wish to make a change to your order, please visit the Contact Us page as soon as possible and send us an email. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already shipped.

 

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@rayt.in within 24 hours of receiving the products, along with product images and other details.

 

Q: What if I receive the wrong product?

In case a wrong product is delivered, you can write to us on info@rayt.in or whatsapp us at +91 9870109935 along with the product images and the order number within 24 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.

 

Q: Are your prices inclusive of taxes and duties when shipped internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally and only ship within India.​

 

Q: What are the different modes of payment available?

We accept Credit Card & Debit Card payments, RTGS Bank Transfer, Net Banking (& UPI Payments. Some of these may change as per the payment gateway availability. All orders are 100% pre paid.

 

Q: How will I know that my order is confirmed?

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an email from Rayt with the order details.

 

Q: Do you provide cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, currently we do not provide Cash On Delivery. This service should be available soon - once COD is accepted, an update will be given!​

 

Q: What is the estimated time of shipping of these products?

Products if readily available it will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Feel free to contact us to check the status of your order.​

 

Q: What if I have received a damaged product?

Upon receiving the product, if the item(s) is damaged, please share an image and send us an email on info@rayt.in or via Whatsapp on +919870109935. Rayt needs to be informed about damaged product(s) within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment for the product to be replaced by Rayt. We will only replace the item(s) if they have reached the customer in a damaged condition.
