SHIPPING & REFUND / RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

Rayt reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. If the item(s) are not returned in the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from your return.  Please return all items back in the original packaging, including the Sleeve and the outer brown box, please do not write or tape on the white sleeve or the box.

Shipping Policy

All products will be shipped within 3-4 working days from the date of receiving the orders

 Refund policy in case of Defective Products

 

  1. Rayt Products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a has been delivered broken. If your product was damaged upon delivery, Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging. please send us an email with the pictures of the damaged products within 24Hrs of delivery. For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

 

  1. Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

    2. Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  • We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice
  1. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
  2. In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
  3. Our credit notes can be used on our website.

 

  1. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  1. Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  1. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  1. Gift cards purchased online are not eligible for exchange/refund/return.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
  • Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until   our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.

The general Refund / Return Policy is as follows:

  1. Buyer's Product related complainant for refund or replacement will be processed in accordance with this refund policy. However, in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  2. Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.
  3. The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.
  4. In the event that the return of a Product is duly accepted by the Seller, the value of such Product, as originally paid by Buyer during acceptance of Product, will either be refunded to Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such refund, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. The Seller shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options
  5. Cancellation by Seller: There may be certain orders that the Seller is unable to accept and has the right to cancel by the Seller. Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Buyer's order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. Seller may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order. All such cancellation shall be without any recourse to Buyer and without any liability to the Seller. If Buyer's order is so cancelled, after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed / remitted to the Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such reversal, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. The Seller shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. In the event a promotional code given by Seller is used for the purchase of the Product, the amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order. The above is the sole remedy of the Buyer and the sole liability of the Seller for any cancellation of the purchase order by the Seller or otherwise other than by the Buyer.
  6. Cancellation by the Buyer: In case of requests for order cancellations, Seller reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if the Seller receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Seller may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to Buyer within a reasonable period of time. Seller will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed by the Seller. Buyer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Seller and accept Seller's decision regarding the cancellation.
  7. Set-off of any benefits availed by the Buyer: In case the Buyer has availed any benefit under any marketing or promotions provided by the Seller in relation to the Product for which the order has been cancelled by the Buyer or by the Seller, Buyer agrees and authorizes the Seller to recover such benefits from the Buyer or set-off the same from any refunds to the Buyer.
